Fennel Salad


2-3 bulbs fennel
2-3 kohlrabi
As much garlic as you like
Juice from 2 lemons
Sea salt and pepper
2-4 tablespoons yogurt
1 tablespoon honey


  1. Thinly slice fennel bulbs and chop leaves.
  2. Peel and grate kohlrabi.
  3. Chop garlic; the finer the better. Add lemon juice, yogurt, and honey.
  4. Toss well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
