Cool Cucumber Salsa


2 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded and diced
2 medium tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup green bell pepper
1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
1 small onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, minced
2 teaspoons fresh cilantro, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 teaspoon salt
Tortilla chips


  1. In a medium bowl, stir together the cucumbers, tomatoes, green pepper, jalapeño pepper, onion, garlic, lime juice, parsley, cilantro, dill, and salt.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips.
