1/4 cup champagne vinegar
1 T. Dijon mustard
I clove garlic
Juice of 1⁄2 lemon
1⁄4 t. freshly ground black pepper 1⁄2 t. sea salt
1⁄4 c. olive oil
1⁄4 c. avocado oil
Pinch sugar
2 T. minced herbs
Directions:
Whisk mustard with vinegar until creamy.
Add in the minced garlic. Slowly whisk in oil until mixture becomes thick. Taste before adding all the oil. Add sea salt and pepper. You can also use an immersion blender.
