Stir-Fried Chard with Gyspy Peppers


1 tablespoon Braggs Liquid Aminos
2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon agave
1 tablespoon peanut oil
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
1 bunch chard, stems removed and chopped and leaves roughly chopped
2 gypsy peppers, cut in strips
1 onion, thinly sliced


  1. In a small bowl combine the Bragggs, sesame oil, pepper, salt and agave. Set aside.
  2. Heat a wok over high heat. Add the peanut oil and swirl to coat the wok. Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry and no more than 10 seconds.
  3. Add the stems, peppers and onions and stir-fry until softened, 3-4 minutes. Add the chard leaves and stir-fry until wilted.
  4. Add the Braggs mixture and toss. Stir-fry until stems and peppers are tender, 2-3 minutes more.
