Sautéed Red Chard with Ginger

Ingredients:

1 bunch red chard
1 tablespoon coconut oil
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
Dash red pepper flakes
Sea salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Remove stems from red chard and save for another use. Blanch chard according to instructions above.
  2. Add oil to a sauté pan and add the garlic, ginger and chili flakes.
  3. Add the blanched and drained chard.
  4. Sauté for three minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
