Carrots and Parsnips


Equal parts carrots & parsnips, peeled, halved, cut into strips
2 tbsp each oil & butter
Fresh rosemary to taste
2 tbsp honey


  1. Heat oil in pan over medium-high heat.
  2. When hot, add carrots and parsnips, sauté until lightly brown on edges (~10 mins).
  3. Add butter, rosemary, honey and salt/pepper to taste, cook for additional 5 minutes, serve hot.
