Cabbage Wraps

Ingredients:

A quick healthy snack that is almost sandwich like can be made of using cabbage leaves to contain whatever flavorful items you care to wrap inside.
I enjoy cooking lentils or quinoa layering them into the cabbage leaf then topping that with fresh chopped lettuce, some sprouts, and grating Tokyo turnips or beet to layer on top.
I would suggest of course creating a sauce of your liking to dress things up with. I prefer a yogurt based sauce with perhaps a touch of honey and chopped garlic.
