Cabbage Salad 1
Ingredients:
Cabbage
Carrots
olive oil
vinegar or citrus
salt
pepper
basil
Directions:
In a medium bowl whisk 1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 tablespoons of any vinegar or citrus, 1/4th teaspoon salt and pepper, and a few minced basil leaves.
Dice up your cabbage and carrots and toss them in the bowl, mix well and enjoy a refreshing summer salad.
