Brussels Sprouts with Olive Oil & Orange


1/2 pound of Brussels Sprouts, chiffonade ( sliced into thin strips)
3 T. olive oil
Zest of 1 orange
Sea salt and pepper


  1. Prepare the sprouts.
  2. Heat the oil in a large sauté pan and add the shaved Brussels sprouts and a good pinch of salt.
  3. Cook until color changes to bright green.
  4. Then add the orange zest and pepper. Taste for seasoning and adjust.
