Braised Greens with Green Garlic & Ginger


1 bag braising mix, washed and dried
2 tablespoons olive oil
Hot chili oil
½ onion, chopped
1 inch fresh ginger, minced
2 table spoon Braggs Liquid Aminos
2 green garlic, sliced
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds


  1. Chop greens in braising mix, discard any large stem if desired.
  2. Heat olive oil and 4-5 dash of hot chili oil in a skillet over medium.
  3. Add the onion and ginger and sauté until soft, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add the greens, green garlic and 2 tablespoons Braggs and sauté until greens are wilted.
  5. Add ¼ water or vegetable broth, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add another ¼ cup liquid if needed and continue to cook until everything is soft.
  7. Add a couple more dashes hot chili oil, toasted sesame seeds and serve hot.
