Italian Olive Oil Braised Artichokes

Ingredients:

4 artichokes
6 cloves of garlic
Sprig of rosemary
Olive oil
White wine / water
Sea salt & pepper

 

Directions:

  1. Braising is a delicious way to enjoy the artichoke in its whole beauty, and you don’t need to boil or steam them first (though you can to make them even more tender).
