Stir Fried Sesame Bok Choy Raab

Ingredients:

1 bunch bok choy raab, washed

4 cloves garlic, chopped

2 Tbs. avocado oil or another high heat oil

1 tsp. toasted sesame oil

Sea salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. In a large sauté pan or wok, heat the oil until hot, Add the bok choy raab and stir fry for about 1 minute.
  2. Add in the garlic and stir fry until raab leaves are wilted and bright green.
  3. Season with sea salt and pepper and drizzle with sesame oil.
