Blistered Shishito Peppers


1 basket shishito peppers
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt


  1. Heat olive oil over medium high.
  2. Add peppers and toss or stir to coat.
  3. Fry peppers for about 5-7 minutes, until the peppers are blistered.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and toss to coat.
  6. Serve hot.
