Blistered Shishito Peppers
Ingredients:
1 basket shishito peppers
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Heat olive oil over medium high.
Add peppers and toss or stir to coat.
Fry peppers for about 5-7 minutes, until the peppers are blistered.
Transfer to a serving bowl.
Sprinkle with salt and toss to coat.
Serve hot.
