Blistered Frying Peppers

Ingredients:

1 bag (about 1/2 pound) frying peppers (Fushimi and Jimmy Nardello) peppers
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:

  1. Heat olive oil over medium high. Add peppers and toss or stir to coat. Fry peppers for about 5-7 minutes, until the peppers are blistered.
  2. Transfer to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with salt and toss to coat. Serve hot.
