Chilling Apple Honey Sorbet


6 cups peeled, finely chopped apples, frozen
4 tablespoons honey
A dash of lemon zest and juice


  1. Prepare fresh apples and freeze ahead of time.
  2. To serve, simply blend all ingredients into a smooth mixture (adding small dashes of cold water if necessary) in a good food processor or blender. (use short pulses; running the motor too long may melt your sorbet!)
  3. Serve cold!
