This class is postponed due to the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic and in adherence to our government’s health and safety guidelines. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Our 60-minute outdoor yoga class is held every Wednesday and Saturday at 10 am. The classes will be breath work and intentional movement. It’s open to all levels. Please register in advance. Drop-ins are welcome as space permits (cash only). Bring your own mat and water bottle. We have yoga mats available for those who do not have their own.
