Take a tour of the farm while learning the principles of regenerative agriculture. See how our farmers implement regenerative practices that revitalize the land and restore the historic American River Ranch. Many of these principles can be applied to your home garden. Everyone can play a part in creating a climate-safe California.
Session 2. Explore the intersection of art and the garden where beauty abounds! Participants will spend their Saturday morning creating with the colorful, natural materials that the garden has to offer. For ages 6-11

Session 2. Planting seeds, harvesting tomatoes, and getting your hands dirty – what could be more fun?! Spend your Saturday morning with us in the garden as we play, sing, eat and harvest. Kids will end the day creating a farm fresh bouquet. For ages 6-11

Session 2. Learn how to grow food and flowers, harvest and cook with our culinary team, and explore new spaces with us! Youth will spend the week learning about the American River Ranch and connecting to their food, their health and the environment. In the garden, around the farm, and at the American River, campers will become stewards of the natural world and build a new community of friends. For ages 9-12
