We will discuss ways to use herbs to address seasonal allergies and their underlying causes, healthy ways to do a spring cleanse, and herbs for collecting, eating, and using medicinally to support overall health and vitality. We will collect plants, make medicine, and sample some of the offerings of the season.
Come work and learn with others as we practice preparing a raised bed for Spring planting. We will talk about soil health, weed control, partner planting and drip irrigation, all while getting our hands dirty.
