Learn to create rustic true slow fermentation sourdough bread using a starter. In this hands in class you will learn the basics of sourdough from starter to dough. Each student will make their own batch of dough in class to take home and finish rising and baking. We’ll take you through the important steps of caring, feeding and using your starter. Get hands-on experience weighing, mixing and forming your dough for your boule. You’ll receive a step by step color photographed guide and recipes. A light supper will be served along with samples of the freshly baked bread you’ll be learning how to make.

Learn about the tiny world of terrariums and design your own sweet garden of wonder in a beautiful hanging glass globe. You will create a sustainable healthy little ecosystem with succulents, moss, pebbles and miniature embellishments. There will be a demonstration and hands-on help along the way. You will take home one finished glass globe gleaming with succulents and treasures.
