A new year brings about a tremendous opportunity to examine ourselves and commit to positive change. But what areas do we change and where do we start? By exploring the areas of our lives where we are out of alignment and by identifying our core values, we create a plan for moving forward with positive life change. This class will include lecture, guided visualization and self-exploration exercises to create a plan for positive change in our lives.
