Each season brings a particular set of conditions that may challenge our well-being, but which we can address with herbs, foods, and good habits. This class will address the challenges of the summer months, from staying comfortably cool and hydrated, to skin irritations and body-wide inflammation. Many techniques and recipes will be offered, along with samples of tasty herbal preparations.
