This hands-on workshop will take you through the essential techniques of formulating and mixing dough from scratch, stretching by hand, topping and then baking in a real brick oven in the heart of the farm. You will make a beautiful and tasty traditional margherita pizza, and a farm fresh pepper & pepperoni. This in-depth workshop will provide an understanding of the science of dough, the culinary philosophies of traditional Neapolitan pizza, and the art of creating gourmet-quality pizza at home.
