Current science supports this concept, as we continue to understand the complex role of digestion, including the microbiome, on physical, mental and emotional well-being. This class will focus on building a healthy digestive system through herbs, diet and positive habits. The format will include lecture, herbal recipes and hands-on herbal preparations to take home.
