Simple Stir-fry

Here’s a simple mixed green stir fry, you can make endless variations on this one:


sliced greens
stock or water
sesame oil
rice vinegar


  1. Heat 1-2 tbsp peanut oil in wok. When hot, add 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp chopped ginger, 2 tbsp chopped scallions.
  2. Then add sliced greens, add ½ cup stir-fry stock, vegetable stock, or just water with a few tbsp soy sauce.
  3. Steam for 2-3 minutes. Add a couple tsp sesame oil, a dash of rice vinegar or rice wine.
  4. Use tongs to take the greens out; add cornstarch or other thickener to the juices to form a sauce.
  5. Pour over the greens.
