Stir Fried Sesame Bok Choy


1 bunch bok choy , washed  and roughly chopped into 2-3 inch pieces

4 cloves garlic, chopped

2 Tbs. avocado oil or another high heat oil

1 tsp. toasted sesame oil

Sea salt and pepper


  1. In a large sauté pan or wok, heat the oil until hot,  add the bok choy and stir fry for about one minute.
  2. Add in the garlic and stir fry until leaves are wilted and bright green.
  3. Season with sea salt and pepper and drizzle with sesame oil.
