Healthy French Fries


Olive oil
salt or other spices


  1. Preheat oven to 400˚
  2. Chop potatoes into French fry shapes or any other shape you like.
  3. Lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
  4. Lay the potatoes on the baking sheet.
  5. Spray or brush olive oil onto the potatoes
  6. Sprinkle salt, and any other spices you like, including ground pepper, cayenne, or basil, on top of the potatoes
  7. Bake for 20-40 minutes until potatoes are soft.
  8. Eat hot or put them in a zip lock bag and bring them on your next bike ride, hike, or sky surfing adventure.
