Edamame Snack/Appetizer

Ingredients:

Edamame
Salt
Herbs (optional)

Directions:

Edamame is great as a snack or appetizer.
Simply steam the fresh beans for 7-10 minutes (check to see if they’re done – no longer starchy but not mushy).
Toss with lots of salt (larger crystals taste best).
Bite the pods to pop the beans into your mouth and discard the pods.
