Dragon Tongue Beans with Ginger Vinaigrette


4 cups Dragon Tongue Beans, ends snapped off
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds


  1. Prepare to steam the beans by adding a little water (4-5 tablespoon) to the bottom of a medium pot.
  2. Bring to a boil. Add beans to the pot and sprinkle with the salt.
  3. Cover with the lid and steam on medium-low for 4-5 minutes, or until just cooked.
  4. Drain cooked beans and add to a bowl of ice water to cool for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Cut the beans into thirds and set aside in a bowl.
  6. Add the ginger, vinegar, oil, honey and Braggs in a small bowl and whisk until combined.
  7. Pour the dressing over the bean and toss until evenly coated.
  8. Sprinkle sesame over beans and enjoy!
