Roasted Cherry Tomatoes & Green Beans


1 pound trimmed green beans
1 pint cherry tomatoes
Olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Handful of fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced


  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees with an empty baking sheet on the upper rack.
  2. Toss the beans and tomatoes with olive oil and season them with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the beans and tomatoes on the hot baking sheet and roast 22 to 25 minutes until caramelized.
  4. Toss with basil leaves.
