Sautéed Cabbage with Cumin Seeds


2 T. coconut oil
1 tsp. whole cumin seeds
1 head cabbage, core removed and leaves roughly chopped into 2 inch pieces
Sea salt and pepper


  1. In a large sauté pan, heat the oil. Add the cumin seeds and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add in the cabbage and a pinch of salt.
  3. Sauté for about 3 – 4 minutes until leaves are wilted but still have some crunch.
  4. Season with sea salt and pepper.
