Antioxidant-Rich Blueberry Ice Cubes

Incorporate more blueberries into your diet by adding a fun pop of color, flavor, and immune-boosting benefits. Try adding the cubes to lemonade, iced tea, smoothies and plain water.

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
½ cup water
juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons pure clover honey

Directions:

  1. Blend all of the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Pour into ice cube trays.
  3. Freeze until solid.
  4. Pop out of ice cube trays and store in a freezer safe bag or container.
