Peppers
Onions
Garlic
Left over cooked rice or grains
Spices to taste
Raisins or preferred dried fruit
Pumpkin or Sunflower seeds
Egg
Cheese
Anything Left over in your fridge like carrots or chicken.
Directions:
This is an easy one to do using what you have available to you. Feel free to adjust as necessary.
Chop veggies and combine with grain and leftovers with one beaten egg to hold everything together. Cut Acorn squash in half and boil in a pot of water for 10 minutes to pre-cook the flesh a bit.
Put halves on a baking dish face up stuffed with prepared stuffing. Top with cheese mid way into baking time.
