​Grape, Apple & Asian Pear Salad with Feta Cheese


​¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons honey
Black pepper
2 ½ cups green seedless grapes, halved lengthwise
2 Asian pears, thinly sliced
1 apple, thinly sliced
6-8 basil leaves, thinly sliced


  1. ​Place the crumbled feta in a small bowl. Drizzle with oil and honey. Add a pinch of pepper and gently toss.
  2. In a separate bowl, gently toss the grapes, pear and apple slices together. Scatter the feta over the fruit. Garnish with basil.
