The Farmhouse Kitchen has transformed into a seasonal soup kitchen, offering a collection of comforting and healing soups made from beautiful organic produce, quality sourced local ingredients and, of course, a healthy dose of love. Each week we make soups from homemade stocks and broths, fortified with herbs and other healthful, nutrient-rich ingredients to enrich body and soul.

Tom Kha Gai
Fragrant Thai Chicken coconut soup with organic chicken, shiitake mushrooms and greens in a lemongrass, ginger and kaffir lime leaf-infused coconut milk broth. Gluten-free, Dairy-free

Veggie Posole
Our meatless version of this classic Mexican soup starts with a rich smoky ancho chili- infused homemade vegetable stock. We add pinto beans, hominy and hearty veggies and top with crunchy green and red shredded cabbage, radish cilantro and scallions. Vegan, Dairy-free

Fruit Tree Pick: Pluot

Pluots, a trade name for varieties of interspecific plum-apricot, are excellent trees to grow in your home orchard. They are easy to grow and less prone to disease than other fruit trees. The skin is smooth like a plum but without the bitterness and the flesh is unusually sweet and juicy with complex plum-apricot flavors. Pluots are rich in fiber, potassium and vitamin C.

The marketplace features organic produce, prepared foods, seedlings, fruit trees and an assortment of organic pantry and baked goods that we have curated from local farms, bakeries and businesses (see details below). Our intention is to create a safe, one-stop shopping experience that will support you and our favorite farmers, bakers, artisans and entrepreneurs as we move together down the road to recovery.
