Each season brings a particular set of conditions that may challenge our well-being, but we can address these concerns with herbal remedies, foods, and good habits. This class will cover the challenges of the summer months, from staying comfortably cool and hydrated, to skin irritations and first-aid concerns. Many techniques and recipes will be offered, along with samples of tasty herbal preparations and take-home items for your summer wellness kit.
