Most of us have that little voice in our head, criticizing our every action. “Ugh! I did it wrong again. I’m so stupid. I’m never going to reach my goals.” Sound familiar? What if we could turn that negativity into positive messages about ourselves? “I am enough. I can do it. I’m learning and growing each and every day.” In this workshop we will explore the fundamentals of self-compassion – how to accept ourselves fully, turn that inner critic into an inner ally, and plant the seeds of inner strength and resiliency. This class will include lecture, guided visualization, and self-exploration exercises to grow self-compassion in our lives.
